How we store it
Form submissions are stored in our secure backend with row-level security enabled. Photo uploads are stored in a private bucket and shared internally only through short-lived signed links. Only Meadowbrook staff can read this data.
Communications
By submitting a form, you agree that Meadowbrook Amusements may contact you by phone, text, or email regarding your request. We do not send marketing messages without a separate opt-in.
Data retention & removal
We retain lead and service records for legitimate business purposes. To request removal of your information, email MeadowbrookAmusements@gmail.com.
